I am not feeling it. That fire inside you know, which is so important for doing great things, valuable things, in life. How do you light that fire?
They say you should act with dispassion instead of passion. I used to think that being dispassionate meant being lifeless and emotionless. If you feel for something, how can you not be attached to it?
But I think somewhere in my head, I’m realizing why dispassion is important. It makes you consistent. Feelings and emotions keep changing all the time. But logic and reason doesn’t. And if your work conviction is guided by logic and reason instead of feelings and emotions, you can shake mountains.
