Following up from last month, I have decided to put more effort in to areas of my life where I feel that I am currently lacking – writing and exercise (physical, mental and spiritual). I will write and exercise every single day this month on topics other than my life, about me, etc. These pieces of writing shall try and accomplish one or two or more of the following purposes:

  1. Educate
  2. Entertain
  3. Inform
  4. Research
  5. Inspire
  6. Help (me or you)
